The Concept behind Latent Semantic Indexing is that each concept / word has words and phrases that supports it. thus by using a group of words together it is possible to derive the main concept/word from them.. for example
i like basketball,soccer,football,hockey,golf,baseball and also like horse riding,swimming and running.
thus a sentence may refer to sports without including the word sports within it. this concept proves useful for writing content with low keyword density which is vital for good seo.
however this must not bed used to excess as some usage of keywords in articles is essential. search engines strive to bring original, trustworthy and relevant search results and it is exactly those terms that help them in determining which sites get ranked first.
the relevance of the a website is not determined by empowered "keyword density" (the volume of the keywords inside the text) some beginners belive using your keywords in every 2nd oppertunity is contributing to they're ranking. this is not true and may sometimes be penalized by google if used excessivley.

"so where do i come up with content?" you ask? ideally the best way is to write it yourself. research the subject,check out other websites that rank for it in search engines and maybe looking through article websites for inspiration. register to relevant forums and have conversations with experts, those may produce some useful content for your purposes as well.
